In her role as Client Services Officer, Janine manages key parts of the advice process, including preparing documentation, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating client communications and administrative tasks.
Her attention to detail and reliable support allow advisers to focus on delivering high-quality, strategic advice.

Janine enjoys being part of a collaborative team and takes pride in contributing to outcomes that make a meaningful difference for both clients and advisers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and has previous administrative experience as within the financial services industry.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys travelling with her family, going for walks or runs with her sisters, and spending quality time with her young daughter.
